General questions
How can I find my product?
You have three different ways to find your product.

1. In the category menu (on the left/yellow-black) you can see all the products ordered by category . First choose a category from the menu and then the according subcategory.

2. Above the index (at the top/ the remote button) you will find all the product categories in alphabetical order. Fist click on the "Index" and then choose the product category.

3. The "Search" option (at the top on the left) will allow you to search a product by entering a keyword. Enter your keyword into the appropriate field and click "Go". In the center of the page you will then see all the products that contain your keyword.

After you are done with step 1, 2 or 3 you can click on the small image of the product or on the product name and you will get a detailed description. Choose (if applicable) your size and then click on "add to shopping cart".
How fast will my order be delivered? / Do you have the products in stock?
Almost all the products that you see on our webpage are in stock and can be shipped out immediately. You can find information on shipping methods and transit times here.
What will happen if I click on "Check out" ?
After you click on "check out" you will connect to the SSL-server which means that all your information between you and our online-shop will be transmitted encrypted. If you are being asked if these secure pages should be shown please click yes. If you order for the first time, please click on "new customer". After typing your address you have the possibility to write us a comment or you can proceed without. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.
When is my order completed?
If you are done shopping and everything is in your shopping cart click on "check out" and then on "new customer". (If you are a returning customer click on the left button and enter your e-mail address and password). After this please fill out all the fields marked with * and proceed step by step through the check out. Your order is completed after you see your transaction number on the screen. You will immediately get a confirmation e-mail.
Exchange and return
The ordered product doesn't fit or I don`t like it. What can be done?
If the ordered product doesn't fit or you don`t like it, you have the right to reject the product within 14 days. Just call or send us an email. You can either exchange the product or get your money back.
When I cancel my order will I be reimbursed in full?
Yes, if you only checked and tried the product as you would have normally in a store and then notice you don`t realy like it or it doesn`t fit. You should not use the product or treat it in any way that impacts its value. Ideally the product should be in its original package with the tag still attached, be clean, not damaged and not used.
